How to Serve to be the Greatest

Jesus said, in answer to His disciples' argument about being the greatest,  'If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all' (Mark 9:35 NKJV).  Jesus didn't have a problem with them desiring to be the greatest, that is both natural and good.
