The bible tells us that Jesus often withdrew to a quiet place - so He could spend time with God, and if He needed to do it then we need to even more so. When we say that we are 'walking with God' we are really walking with Holy Spirit. He wants to guide us, encourage us, teach us and reveal things to us which are all connected to our destiny. Today Paul teaches how these things are born out of fellowship and intimacy with Holy Spirit and emphasises the importance of partnering with Him. 

Christian or not, you need to progress in life. Things will come against you, Jesus said that, but you can't allow yourself to give up because of them. You will struggle with 'I'm too old', I'm too young', I'm not bright enough etc, but as believers we should not give up on our dreams, just recognise that the enemy is trying to deceive us because he doesn't want us to succeed. So don't give up! See his plan and decide to move forward.

Every christian has got a race to win, but it isn't against one another, it is against Heaven's mark for your life. God has a magnificent call for your life, but you have a choice in how you run it. Choose to train and discipline yourself; focus on heavenly rather than earthly reward, and run it so you win.

God gave humans a tremendous gift when He gave us the ability to envision things - to see things that do not yet exist. It is this gift that is central to seeing your life transformed.
